2009 ANNUAL REPORT
The Development Review Board conducted fifty public hearing/site reviews in 2009, down ten percent from the previous year. Forty-five were for Town applications and five were for Village applications. The DRB reviewed their first Planned Unit Development since organizing as a Board. They also conducted their annual periodic permit review of the Green River Reservoir State Park. Longtime DRB member Brickett Bailey resigned in 2009 due to the demands of other commitments. The Selectboard appointed Mary Walz to fill out the term vacated by Mr. Bailey. The Board wishes to publicly recognize Mr. Bailey’s contribution to the community during his tenure with the DRB.
Development Review Board hearings are held at 7:00 PM, the first Tuesday of the month as needed, and are open to the public.
