PLOT PLAN: Please attach two copies of a plot plan in an appropriate scale. Include all structures, location of septic system, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, etc., existing and proposed. Show dimensions of these features and their distance from property lines and roads, and within Flood Hazard Areas – from the nearest flooding waterbody.

In addition, you must submit a list of all surrounding property owners with mailing addresses and a copy of the Hyde Park tax map containing your property and surrounding properties. (You may obtain this information at the Zoning or Town Clerk Offices.)

Any permit issued as a result of this application shall be null and void in the event of misrepresentation or failure to complete construction within two years of approval of this Zoning Permit. In order for a permit to issue, the Applicant must be in compliance with ALL Town Ordinances and Town Regulations.
